Emotional Freedom Technique is similar to acupuncture. It is tapping on certain points on your body and repeating a current negative emotion or feeling, and then shifting the focus to a positive feeling or outcome. The tapping of those spots while shifting the focus to positive outcomes helps shift your energy. This can also be used on physical ailments.
